第一條 適用範圍與定義1.1 適用範圍本條款適用於白雁時尚氣功(以下簡稱「本公司」「本協會」)所提供之所有付費課程服務,包括但不限於線上課程、直播課程及預售課程。1.2 名詞定義
線上課程:預錄影片形式,付款後可立即觀看之課程直播課程:按課程表進行之即時線上教學課程預售課程:付款時尚未製作完成,預定期間內上架之課程基本觀看期:本公司保證提供課程觀看權益之最低期限延長觀看期:超過基本觀看期後,本公司基於善意提供之額外觀看權益
第二條 課程觀看權益與期限2.1 基本觀看期保證
線上課程:自付款完成日起算一年基本觀看權益直播課程:依課程表完成教學,提供適當複習及團練機會預售課程:自課程正式上線日起算一年基本觀看權益
2.2 延長觀看服務
本公司將盡力延長課程觀看期限,惟延長觀看期為額外服務,非保證權益課程於延長觀看期內可能因營運考量下架,本公司無需事前通知延長觀看期內下架之課程,不構成退費事由
2.3 課程下架權利本公司保留因技術升級、內容更新、授權到期或其他營運考量,隨時下架課程之權利,但不影響學員於基本觀看期內之既得權益。
第三條 退費條件與限制3.1 線上課程退費條件
付款後48小時內:若觀看時數未超過課程總長度10%,可申請退費付款後48小時後:不接受退費申請例外情況:課程內容與購買頁面描述嚴重不符,可個案處理
3.2 直播課程退費條件
開課前:可申請全額退費(扣除手續費)開課後:不接受退費申請未達開班人數:全額退還學費,不收取手續費
3.3 預售課程退費條件
開課前7日以上:可申請全額退費,不收取手續費開課前7日內:不接受退費申請
第四條 手續費標準與計算4.1 手續費組成說明退費手續費包含但不限於:
金融機構手續費:信用卡退刷手續費、分期付款解約費第三方支付手續費:PayPal、綠界科技等支付平台手續費行政處理費:退費作業、帳務處理等人工成本
4.2 手續費計算標準付款方式手續費標準說明信用卡一次付清NT$500銀行退刷手續費信用卡分期付款NT$1,500-3,900依分期期數及銀行規定PayPal付款NT$800PayPal退款手續費第三方支付NT$600-1,200依支付平台收費標準4.3 手續費減免情況下列情況可減免或調整手續費:
因本公司教學品質問題導致之退費:僅收取實際金融手續費因技術故障影響學習:免收行政處理費未達開班人數:免收所有手續費
第五條 退費申請程序5.1 申請方式學員應以註冊信箱寄送正式申請信件至 service@e-qi.org5.2 申請信件格式主旨:課程退費申請

5.4 審核時程
申請確認:收件後2個工作天內確認收件審核作業:5-7個工作天完成審核退款處理:審核通過後於每個月第一週5號左右完成退款
第六條 不可歸責事由處理6.1 不可抗力因素因天災、政府政策變更、疫情管制等不可抗力因素影響課程進行時:
提供線上替代課程或延期上課學員可選擇接受替代方案或申請退費退費時僅收取實際產生之金融手續費
6.2 技術故障處理因系統故障、網路中斷等技術問題影響學習:
提供技術支援協助解決無法解決時提供補課或延長觀看期嚴重影響學習品質時可申請部分退費
第七條 爭議處理與救濟7.1 內部申訴機制學員/會員對退費決定有異議時,可於收到通知後10日內提出申訴,本公司將組成審議小組重新審查。7.2 外部調解機制內部申訴未獲滿意結果時,雙方同意優先選擇下列機構進行調解:
中華民國消費者文教基金會各縣市消費者服務中心中華民國仲裁協會
7.3 法律適用本條款之解釋與適用,悉依中華民國法律,特別是《消費者保護法》相關規定。
第八條 條款修改與通知8.1 修改權利本公司保留修改本條款之權利,修改時將於官網公告,並以電子郵件通知已註冊學員。8.2 修改生效條款修改自公告日起30天後生效,學員如不同意修改內容,應於生效前申請退費。8.3 過渡條款條款修改前購買之課程,學員可選擇適用舊條款或新條款較有利之規定。
第九條 其他約定事項9.1 個人資料保護退費申請過程中蒐集之個人資料,本公司將依《個人資料保護法》妥善保管及使用。9.2 課程轉讓學員因個人因素無法繼續上課時,可申請將課程權益轉讓他人,轉讓手續費為NT$200。9.3 特殊學員優惠持有身心障礙手冊、低收入戶證明或重大傷病卡之學員,可享有退費手續費5折優惠。

ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE OF APPLICATION AND DEFINITIONS1.1 Scope of ApplicationThese Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all paid course services provided by the Company, including but not limited to on-demand courses, live streaming courses, and pre-order courses.1.2 DefinitionsFor the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
“On-demand Course”: Pre-recorded video content accessible immediately upon payment completion”Live Streaming Course”: Real-time online instruction delivered according to a published schedule”Pre-order Course”: Course content purchased prior to production completion, scheduled for future release”Guaranteed Access Period”: The minimum duration for which the Company warrants course accessibility”Extended Access Period”: Additional viewing privileges granted at the Company’s discretion beyond the Guaranteed Access Period”Consumer” or “Student”: Any individual who purchases course services from the Company
ARTICLE 2 – COURSE ACCESS RIGHTS AND DURATION2.1 Guaranteed Access Period WarrantyThe Company warrants the following minimum access periods:
On-demand Courses: Twelve (12) months from payment completion dateLive Streaming Courses: Access duration as specified in course schedule, including reasonable review sessions and group practice opportunitiesPre-order Courses: Twelve (12) months from official course launch date
2.2 Extended Access Service
The Company endeavors to extend course access beyond the Guaranteed Access Period as an additional courtesy service, not as a contractual obligationCourses may be discontinued during the Extended Access Period at the Company’s sole discretion without prior noticeCourse discontinuation during Extended Access Period shall not constitute grounds for refund
2.3 Course Discontinuation RightsThe Company reserves the absolute right to discontinue any course due to technical upgrades, content updates, licensing expiration, or other operational considerations, provided such discontinuation does not prejudice students’ vested rights during the Guaranteed Access Period.
ARTICLE 3 – REFUND CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS3.1 On-demand Course Refund Eligibility

ARTICLE 7 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND REMEDIES7.1 Internal Appeal MechanismStudents may file an appeal within ten (10) days of receiving refund decisions. The Company shall convene a review panel for reconsideration.7.2 External Mediation ServicesShould internal appeals prove unsatisfactory, parties agree to prioritize mediation through:

7.3 Governing LawThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), particularly the Consumer Protection Act.
ARTICLE 8 – TERMS MODIFICATION AND NOTIFICATION8.1 Amendment RightsThe Company reserves the right to modify these Terms. Modifications shall be posted on the official website and communicated to registered students via email.8.2 Effective Date of ModificationsTerm modifications shall take effect thirty (30) days following publication. Students disagreeing with modifications may request refunds prior to the effective date.8.3 Transitional ProvisionsFor courses purchased prior to term modifications, students may elect to apply either the previous terms or new terms, whichever proves more favorable.
ARTICLE 9 – ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS9.1 Data ProtectionPersonal information collected during refund applications shall be handled in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.9.2 Course Transfer RightsStudents may transfer course privileges to third parties due to personal circumstances, subject to a NT$200 administrative fee.9.3 Special Student AccommodationsStudents holding disability certificates, low-income household documentation, or major illness cards shall receive 50% reduction in processing fees.

THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.Severability ClauseIf any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.Entire AgreementThese Terms, together with the Company’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding course refunds and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements.Consumer Rights NoticeSTUDENTS HAVE RIGHTS UNDER THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT AND OTHER APPLICABLE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS.
